Sarah is an experienced human resources professional with more than 25 years’ experience in the field, incorporating HR, learning and development, engagement, culture change and colleague/customer communications.
In 2022 she set up Pathways People Solutions to support clients with their people challenges, culture development and organisational change. She works with a range of clients in the charity sector, and in utilities, consulting, sport and manufacturing.
Sarah volunteers as a Trustee at the Cardiff Rugby Community Foundation, as a Board member of the Womens Utilities Network, and as a mentor for CIPD’s Aspiring HRD Programme and the Womens Utilities Network.
