As well as our existing suite of training, we can create bespoke courses to respond to specific needs.

LEVEL 3 AWARD: Energy Awareness 6281-01

This course is designed for staff involved in providing householders with energy efficiency advice either face-to-face or by telephone.

Introduction to Domestic Renewable Low Carbon Technologies (Level 2 Award – CQ11641/001)

This course will provide an introduction to the role domestic scale renewable technologies can play in reducing carbon emissions.

Training webinars

Webinars will be delivered live via Zoom (video conferencing facility) to small groups to ensure a good level of interaction and support for learners. Participants will require a device with a camera and sound. Full instructions on how to join the webinar will be provided.  All courses can be tailored.

Understanding Fuel Poverty and Health: Impacts on Physical and Mental Health

This course is designed for frontline staff who work with vulnerable and low-income groups who are at risk from living in cold and damp homes.
It covers the impacts that living in fuel poverty can have on individuals’ physical and mental health and how these can influence a person’s interaction with the energy market.
