MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR WORKERS

THAT HELP VULNERABLE PEOPLE

Bitesize e-learning

As an organisation we employ many advisers and community workers who work with vulnerable people who may be facing stressful or challenging circumstances. We know how much our teams care about the people they’re working with and how much they enjoy the work they do. We also understand that this work can be hard at times and that it can be difficult to do these jobs without sometimes carrying the weight of other people’s worries or distress.

That’s why we’ve joined with seasoned trainer and community engagement officer, Aryanisha Lawes, to develop a specialised resource to help the wellbeing of frontline workers who support vulnerable clients.

Aryanisha, a certified personal coach with extensive experience, has successfully guided clients through a variety of challenging situations. This course is designed to help employees recognise the effects of stress on themselves and others and equip them with effective strategies to look after their own wellbeing whilst supporting those in need.
