E-LEARNING BOOKING FORM (qual) – Citizens Advice – Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness 6281-01


  • Thank you for your interest in National Energy Action’s Level 3 Energy Awareness 6281-01 e-learning. This qualification also includes an assessment component which is booked separately.

    To book a free place on the e-learning please complete the following fields.

    This training programme is arranged/ funded by Citizens Advice. By signing up for a free place, you are also agreeing to the organisers from Citizens Advice contacting you following your course for feedback.

    PLEASE NOTE: Once you complete the booking form and select submit you should see a confirmation note on screen. If not and instead you return back to the top of the booking form, your booking is not complete. Please check that all relevant fields are complete (all fields marked with a * are mandatory) and your e-mail address is correct then submit again.

  • 1) LEARNING START DATE

  • Please note, it can take up to 5 working days to process the booking and set up an E-Learning account.

    As standard we provide access to the course for 8 weeks and ask that learners complete the course and assessment within this time. On average it takes around 20 hours to work through the course and a further 9 hours prepare for the exam. Each learner is different so this is just a guide.

  • 2) ASSESSMENT DATE

  • Online assessments will take place on scheduled dates arranged specifically for Citizens Advice and must be booked separate to the E-Learning. Full details on how to book your assessment will be outlined in your course joining instructions.

    We recommend that learners book their assessment mid-way through the course to better gauge how much how much time will be needed to complete it.

    Assessments tend to book up weeks in advance, so booking mid-way through your learning will also ensure that you secure your preferred date.

  • 1) Course login details will be issued by the start date requested, allowing up to 5 working days from booking.

    2) Access to the course will be available for 8 weeks from the agreed start date requested. Learners should complete their study and book their assessment within this time.

    3) The learner must not disclose their log in details to others.

    4) The E-Learning and support materials are copy right protected and must not be copied or shared with others.

    5) For online exams, learners will require a quiet room and two separate electronic devices with internet access, sound and a video camera. Both devices will need to connect to Zoom (video conferencing platform). Device one will be used to connect to Zoom to act as a video camera for the exam to be invigilated (this could be a computer, tablet or mobile phone). Device two will be used to access the online exams and conduct the practical / simulation element of the exam via Zoom (this could be a laptop or desktop computer). Further details outlining the full requirements will be provided ahead of the exam day.

  • 8) DATA PROTECTION

  • National Energy Action collects personal information when you book on to a training event; this is used to provide the services requested; report to funders (if necessary); and to evaluate our services. We will not share your details with any other third parties without your consent. By submitting your booking form, you are agreeing to these terms.

  • As part of this training programme, Citizens Advice must report to funders on learner progress. Do you consent to National Energy Action sharing your assessment result with course organisers at Citizens Advice.
